no credit check

In the process of becoming a detention officer, worried about credit check?

I am in the process of becoming a detention officer, I know they do a background check and Im not worried about any criminal background but more about the credit portion of the background. Does anyone know what they look for when doing the credit portion??? I have no leins, or bankruptcy but some medical bills and other things…….

They will not hire you if you have any negative marks on your credit report. Why would you want to do something as a profession that involves more harm than good?
